Paragon Geranium Trio
Star mark
This set is absolutely stunning. Each piece features raised pansies around the outside or rims. The cup features a highly sought after flower handle. Each of the centers has a transfer design of germanium flowers and leaves with hand painted details. This is a very old and rare set and features the early star Paragon mark that was used between 1920-1932.
Cup measures 3.75" in diameter and 2.25" tall. Saucer is 5.5" in diameter. Plate measures 6.25" in diameter.
The trio is in excellent condition free of chips, cracks or crazing. Each piece has a nice ring to it when tapped.
Cup:
A few stray paint marks on the outside of the cup and a few tiny stray paint dots in the center of the cup.
Saucer:
A few very tiny stray dots on the creamy yellow. Center decoration does not completely extend to the green circle in one spot (factory). The bottom of the saucer has some tiny pin size pits.
Plate:
Small line on the orange flower where the paint is lighter. Some spots on some of the leaves under the glaze. Some stray pink paint spots under the plate.
Cup measures 3.75" in diameter and 2.25" tall. Saucer is 5.5" in diameter. Plate measures 6.25" in diameter.
