    Advance Pattern #5863
    Dress - Size 4 - Breast 23 (measurements and fabric needed shown on back of envelope)
    This is an early/vintage original Advance sewing pattern for a girl's dress, size 4.  The envelope is worn/yellowed with a small 1/4" tear off to the side.  The pattern pieces and instructions are in good condition.  The pattern pieces are marked as to what piece it is with just a letter (perforation) with no lines (as was the practice back then).  This would be a great vintage pattern to add to your collection.
